A Bright Sun Shiney Day!

Today was a great day for Luna and Sole. It was a great day period. Manuel and I took them to the moon bounce place and met up with my friends Maureen and her kids and Julie and her daughter. It was kind of like a class reunion. The kids all went to school together for the past couple years. There were about 100 kids and the mothers there but we were the only ones that were actually in the moon bounces and on the slides with our kids. I got in trouble twice and believe it or not it was not because of my own children. Later we met at the playground and my Luna was actually playing with my friends daughter. Her daughter is perfect for Luna, because if you don't force yourself on her she will just stray off by herself. But "M" had her engaged in rock relocation at the playground for at least 40 minutes. They were taking little rocks from the parking lot and throwing them down the enclosed slide, it was really cool because it sounded like a giant rain stick. Yes, we let them do it and yes we let them slide down the slide with the rocks in it. Oh, and yes most of them were still in the slide when we left. We did clean up our trash though, that has to count. The moral of this story is....Luna played with another child! If you are wondering where Sole was, she was picking little buttercups in the grass the whole time. I asked Luna on the way home if she liked playing with "M" and she said "her name is Caroline" oh well, then Caroline it is.
